Character frozen

When I train myself, sometimes my character can't move anymore nor do any skill :/
It happens 4 ou 5 times and it's really annoying...
And this evening, I died because of that T_T I couldn't do anything but use potions and other spends... And when I click on the map to move, whereas my neo doesn't move, my Poyo moves in the good direction, really strange...

It's not a computer problem because it happened on my lap top and on my boyfriend's pc.

Can you help me or explain this problem ?

Yeah, that happened to me and other people too...
I don't know why this happens (I think it happens more often in crowded areas, such as Mystra Hill), but if this happens and you're not being attacked by monsters, try going back to the character selection menu. Then go back with the same character and you'll be fine.
