just curious, maybe this has been brung up before but....
how come the higher lvs u get the lower lved mobs dont drop???
this is why we have so many ppl making 'farming' charaters and wat not. at lv 100 if i wanna go KO a slime i should at least get the t1 drop from it.
ppl need to work on mats and stuff, why wouldnt the mob still drop it?
be honest, no one wants to stay lv 10 just so they can finish their stone/scroll/pot production skills.
just wondering why it was even removed? could someone maybe give me an answer.
*edit* the storage issue is not what im referring to, its something we shouldnt even have to to do. ^^

Simply create a new character and the drop the materials in the storage so the other characters can take and use..

uh....i think i know that, and i put it up there. um...plz read closely.
what u just said is the reason im posting. we shouldnt have to create 'farmers'. we should just be able to do it ourselves.

I think kind of understand what your trying to say. You mean low level mobs should still drop low level mats even though your a high level? But then there wouldn't be much of a motive to move onto higher leveled monsters. Thats why when they reach gray they no longer drop because your just not supposed to be there. It's supposed to, in my opinion, to let the new players know that they should go explore and not just stick around the town and farming slimes all day. As you level its only natural for the materials that drop from different monsters to change. And thats why there is also people with the decomp skill. So you don't have to farm the lower leveled mobs for mats on your alts. Again this is just my opinion and thoughts on what your trying to say. =o

Very annoying, but its either to stimulate the economy and allow low levels to make some cash or to prevent lowbie areas from being farmed 24/7 preventing from lower players the ability to kill mobs.
Regardless its a pain in the butt :p

but there are tons of monsters that drop t1 mats. and not everyone chose the decomp skill, or they dont wanna pay others to do it.
also i understand its just ur opinion but, almost 80% of the noobies went to Sea Of Greed, i dont think exploring has anything to do with it.
and we would still eb able to fight monsters that drop higher lved items, just like lower lvs can recive higher lved drops, higher lvs should recive lower lved drops.

Theres a person that I know whose working on decomp just because of this reason. x_x
But back to topic, IF high levels wanted to farm T1 mats, easiest way would be with slimes and mushrooms (easy to die, and theres quite a bit of them, and spawns fast), a mage / archer would STEAL all the slimes from our low levels. I mean like, (Lets just say level 60s did not finish T1 things) 67+ mage uses Frost nova at this part of this place, and Inferno at the other, magic burst over here, partied with an archer who uses aoe skill just next to the inferno, just to farm for T1 mats. Where would the level 2's get their slime from? D: This is just an example. x_x For level 2's that can't go too far, this would be...rather..painful for them. And since it takes around..2-3 hits for a lower level on slimes, there may be a lot of KS'ing from the mage/archer o.o
Even if it's not a 60+ mage, a mage could just walk around using magic burst.. and grab alot of slimes from lower levels. @_@
However, it may be good to have higher level mobs that drop T1 mats. o.o Although it's not quite a good idea to farm there considering stones are expensive for higher levels...Unless theres enough T1 drop to make up for the stone usage @_@
My logic of this might be a tad bit off. I'm tired. xD Sorry if it doesn't make any sense. @_@
