How much are +9 level 20 weapons worth?

I'm wondering how much +9 level 20 weapons are worth as if you bought them at +0 from them smith and didn't add any licenses. If you know, please post. ^^

they will be about 90-150stops because they use item level 1 elrue and other stones which dont really cost much.i know im buying green wand+9 for 130s
