New member here, having some trouble with my downloads
I tried sending an email to the service@outspark.com
But it says that sending the message failed
So I'm posting it here

I downloaded fiesta yesterday
I started the program today, installed it
When I open it, I get a message saying "Unable to connect to patch server:<urlopen error(10061, 'Connection refused')
Of course the first thing I did was check if my firewall was allowing it, and it is
It then directs me to the outspark.exe text file, which gives me this message over and over

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "outspark.py", line 675, in OnLoginButton
File "outspark.py", line 346, in Login
AttributeError: 'URLError' object has no attribute 'code'

Any help on this would be wonderful

I could be wrong but you may have to uninstall and reinstall Fiesta compeltely. :(

Something is not permitting you to connect to the servers. If it is not your firewall, and a complete reinstall doesn't do it, then I would wait for your email to be responded to by support staff.

I wish I could be of more assistance, sorry.

Yeah, that was my next option actually
I just wanted to see if there was anything to avoid it
I have a lot of time on my hands currently
So the re-install will not be too much of a hassle

As I said, this may be a firewall issue. Check to ensure your firewall is allowing outspark to access and you may be fine. I have to do this after every single patch....

Yeah, re-installed the whole thing, nothing changed
My firewall is allowing it as well, nothing seems to be stopping it
I'm going to check a few more options, otherwise I'm giving up for now
I'll check back later, hopefully it's just an issue with the site

Ok, found out the problem, should have checked it earlier
Signed in as administrator on the computer
It let me load the game
Still can't get in a world though, keeps saying joining world failed
So yeah, spread around the word, it may not let you load the game
unless you're on admin account on your computer
