In Roumen, The Material Cmposition *Middle-Class" scroll is listed first _and_ has a required skill level of "0" while the Material Composition "Low-Class" scroll is listed later in the list and has a skill level requirement of 200; it also costs more than the scroll labeled "Middle-Class".
