Strength (POW) : affects Attack and WT (weight of portable items)
Intelligence (INT) : affects Magic Attack
Agility (AGI) : affects Attack speed, an Accuracy rate, Critical, and Moving Speed
Mentality (MEN): Affects Accuracy rate, Defense, Magic Defense, and Skill Casting Speed
Stamina (STA) : increases HP
Wisdom (WIS) : determines Magic Defense and MP

Use search function next time its been answered many times alreay. Agility does not increase movement speed and men + wis does not affect def. The info on main site is for CB and they never bother to update it.
