Can't Download Game

I've been trying to download Fiesta, but every time I try I get this at around 26%:

Sometimes at 18% it "downloads", but when I try to open it, this comes up:

Is there any suggestions as to how to get it to work, or another place I could download the game from?

can you send your dxdiag.txt file to us through http://support.outspark.com/ ? i'll take a look and offer any advice that i can
