Skill level?

Most alchemy Skills require a certain "Skill Level" to be learned. I am a complete noob, so I would very much like to know what are these and how do I increase them. Also, as an add-on question, what is necessary to make Elrue, and how do I make it with the production skill? Thanks in advance ^^

Skill level means how many of those you have to make.. Dont be scared however... Elrue=1 point Lix=4 points and Xir=12 points (just for t1)
To make elrue, first you must press k, then click alchemy, then click stone production... Then you learn it and go to Skill Master Ruby In Rumen. You click Alchemy and buy the skill to make elrues for 250c. To make elrues, you need 3 old soul dust, 3 old gem dust, and 3 old spirit dust. To get these you can kill hobs if you are lvl 10-15. Then once you have the mats (materials) you click produce then make the elrue. If you need more help private message me or post on this forum :)

what...? u only get 1 point.. doing w.e u make even if its T1 or T3
