Other then to get AS/T3 Scrolls or the Class change scrolls nothing i guess

no not fame, rep you know the silver balance on the bottom left of a player's post?

It shows how helpful you are in the community, like if you like someone's post because it helped you, you can click the small scale button on the bottom left and it will add to their rep. Rep doesn't do anything, but shows roughly how helpful you are.

Since fame was mentioned is fame really only to buy stuff at Nina?
