Its Not Fair!!! Gm Pls Help Me :-(

hello,
first i wanna apologize if thats the wrong arear for that thread but its important.my problem is as followin:
well, i just came back from pvp area to sell stuff and restone. before i entered eldy i unequipped my wep and my shield (cause 1000ppl are askin for a buff) and ran towards smith. i talked to him and started to sell my drops to npc.

suddenly the game lagged while i was clickin at the items and the mouse cursor moved right on my unequipped wep (+9) and sold it :mad:
so pls GM help me pls cause i used already so much sparkcash and it cant be that i loose my wep cause of a lag:mad:

i already used nearly my whole sparkcash to get a +9 again and only get it to +6 now.... its really not fair. i really had a nice +9 wep before and its really true u can ask my guildmembers and mates... pls help me GMs it cant be that i have to charge cash again only cause i lagged :mad:

really theres no reason why somebody should npc a +9 wep :(
i really dont wanna betray u but i dont know how to proove:mad:
the wep i sold it cause of the lag was a lvl50 hammer and i already have a lvl60+9 hammer so really spent a lot of money on that game :(

just pls help me GM :o

that doesnt add up, Whenever you right click any wep it says a confirmation.. "Do you wish to sell the selected item?" Then you have to press yes to sell

I'm not sure what they can do about this, but it would be better to contact a GM directly about this situation instead of posting it because it is most likely they might miss this.

Might be a way to get a free +9 nine weapon, specially cause he has no proof and you have to accept a trade if you're selling a weapon.

it didnt ask me for a confirmation cause i was holdin the "CTRL" button to sale stuff....
and its not a way to get a free wep cause i have already some +9 stuffs and i lost my wep cause of an accident.... why i should have a lvl60 +9 wep and none lvl50 +9 wep???? makes no sense. and there are enough ppl that can proove that i had a +9 wep cause i made some +9 weps for other ppl 2 :(

that doesnt add up, Whenever you right click any wep it says a confirmation.. "Do you wish to sell the selected item?" Then you have to press yes to sell

unless u click Ctrl+item. by doing that u skip the confirmation and thats the fastest way to sell stacks. Try it out by buying a level one weapon.

in my opinion its still not fair, cause its not my fault when the game laggs :(
but seems like i have to take it as it is.... but from now on fiesta lost 40% of popularity in MY eyes.... cause the GMs could tolerate a bit... cuz there were no reasin for me to npc a +9 wep (no one would do it) but well ok. GM is always right huh -.-

EDIT: i payd bout 300€ on this game, had an accident and get 0,0 help. i use my last 5k sparkcash now and i will never charge it again. im very disapointed bout that. cause it would not make sense to complain about if its not the truth. but well looks like im the guy who gets an A**kick again.

It's not that the GM is always right, but that that is the policy they must follow. I realize it is a sucky thing to lose such but in their position they are unable to assist everyone who loses something because they then are detoured from doing their job and the game falls downhill fast because so many want so much and have so much happening that they want replaced/fixed/altered/etc.

Even in those rare cases when network lag cannot be explained locally, the server isn't likely to be at fault. Unless the server is malfunctioning, packet loss almost always occurs somewhere along the pipeline.

If packet loss were to originate at the server, it would be an indication of extreme server overload, or a malfunction in hardware (i.e. a burnt out cooling fan). And, judging by the server population levels that Outspark provides us with, server strain is low.

In summary, I am sorry about what has happened, but even if you had no control over what occurred, neither did Outspark.

Please PM me your character name, server and exact name of weapon. I will look into it but I cannot guarantee anything.

Also remember the game records EVERYTHING you do. (EVERYTHING!!!!!!). Lying about losing an item won't get you anywhere.

But do as SKiNG said and he will look into the logs :)
