Photo #1: I was in a kingdom quest and I died but got healed at the same time. Thus, I was still alive and able to run around but I couldn't skills and I had to double click to attack anything. Which I must say is annoying so I just used a heart to make the move box go away. I forgot to check if I lost any exp.
Photo #2 - #4: Ok I went into a KQ right after finishing another one. The only thing I did differently was we already formed a party before the KQ moved us to the map. When I got into the KQ I couldn't use any skills. Well..I could use them they just had no effect whatsoever. And to show you this please take note of the clock for the KQ. This is a three piece set animation to display my heal being completely ineffective. My bash also didn't work, so I'm assuming all the skills were effected. To fix it I first tried going to my character select screen and back ingame. That did not work. I had to completely close the application reopen and log back in. I was then able to use my skills again.
