I'm an undergraduate in computer science, and am always interested in testing out new interface designs. Is there an API for application extension in Fiesta? If not, will it be against terms of service to programmatically modify the interface?
(Forgive me for comparing you to your competitor, WoW, but it's so ubiquitous that it serves as a good example. WoW provided their entire non-3D interface layer as a LUA-controlled API, as anyone who played it for any length of time knows. Will Fiesta be supporting that sort of functionality?)*

Also, I love what you've done with Rails. Very nice. :) It is rails, isn't it? I'm rebuilding my phpbb2 forum in Ruby, so seeing a spiffy-looking Rails app is of great interest.

I mean the site, not the game, of course >_<

That is a good question ("Is there an API for application extension in Fiesta?"), and take my response as an unofficial but educated guess.
The quick answer is that we are working hard at making the game as good as we can make it, and that for right now that is occupying all of our attention. While it is possible that at some time we may be able to provide an application that would allow for user created content and manipulation of the engine, it would be a while before we would be able to do so.
As far as modifying the game itself, our Terms of Service has this to say under Prohibited Actions:
"Modify any files or use any game hacking/altering/cheating software or tools, including scripting or macroing software, or attempt to disassemble the game client and/or decipher the data transmissions between any OUTSPARK Game's client and server;"
I hope that answers your questions, and if not, please let me know.

That's unfortunate. :( Oh well. I appreciate your response, though.
