That sucks. I'd PM a GM with a screenshot of you on the account, an explanation of the situation, and your old log in info. You should be able to retrieve it.

I managed to get my account back by resetting the password on my e-mail.


I'm assuming that your Fiesta password is the same as the password to the e-mail service you used to sign-up with Outspark. Reset your e-mail password by calling/e-mailing the service and answer your security questions. Hope you get your acc. back.

It will send a new password to the e-mail account you used to sign-up with Outspark.

Then you will have to change your email password, thats what lvramire did. Your email will have security questions when changing the password.
