Scroll help

Ok I bought a HP Tier 1 Recipe scroll and I am a lvl 7 mage (if that has anything to do with it ^^) and I tried to learn it by right clicking and that didn't work it says "Selected Production skill cannot be learned." So then I went and had a look at these walkthroughs on the forums and that didn't work I followed them step by step. I am really lost can someone please help? :confused::(

What production skills do you have? If you've yet to learn any click the book icon and the third icon is called alchemy click it and then click the production skill button. Choose potions to learn pots then right click the recipe scroll. ^^ You can choose two, but once chosen can not be unlearned/changed.

Only other one I have is Mining: Gathering skill. Nupe doesn't seem to wanna work. All I can say is bugger it, thanks for your help anyway, greatly appreciated.

Excusme but you chose scroll production as your alchemy skill correct, and also, Mining:Gathering skill isn't a alchemy skill, it's just a regular skill.

So...? That means I can't do pots?

i suggest if you are doing scroll production that you also have the decomp production as well. it comes in really handy
