You may want to check your junk and spam mail, because sometime the emails can get auto sent to there. Also be sure to check any other email accounts you may have, you never know when you thing you signed up with one of your emails when you actually signed up with another.

Outspark's mailer has issues with Hotmail (official post, here). I've created a yahoo account specifically for use with this game, and it solved my problem. I'd recommend that you sign up with a new e-mail provider once you've changed your password.

But, given the circumstances, you'll need to contact outspark in order to change your password. I'd recommend that you first create a new e-mail account with a different provider. Then, I'd recommend opening a ticket (http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) in the Outspark support center, explaining the situation.

In the ticket, provide Outspark with:

Your SparkID
The e-mail address that you registered with Outspark
Your new e-mail addressYou may even want to provide them with a link to this thread.

Both. Also, I discovered that they have a ticket system in their support center, now. That would appear to be the preferred method of contacting Outspark for help.

So, instead of sending an e-mail to the address I provided you with, you'll now be opening a ticket (http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit).

In the ticket, provide Outspark with:

Your SparkID
The e-mail address that you registered with Outspark
Your new e-mail addressYou may even want to provide them with a link to this thread.

Don't forget to explain the situation in detail.
