Bug: When doing the quest you get to a point in the dialog where you cant go any farther theres no continue finish etc. Now in my quest list is seas reward but julian wont talk to me so i cant finish the quest.
Repeatable: well he still wont talk tried several times even tried to log out and in, nothing happened.
