Questions on Liscence and Spr on items

I was curious on these two issues, but couldn't seem to find anything on them.

1. What Licensce(s) is the best for a Lvl 30 axe?

2. Does green items which add SPR boost my critical rate? Or do they just boost my SP bar?

as far as license goes, get it for cp, it makes it easyer to solo there and you get a good amount of xp from mons.

uh, no. at lvl 30+ cp won't be ur main training grounds, u'll prolly be training at mt/vt. so i suggest.. baby werebear lic, bone imp lic and, uh, ghost? vt mobs.

solo cp at lvl 30...only if u are one of those annoyng ppl that asks all time for pt

For the license you may want to have Bon IMP, Hob and Fire Vivi! ^_^
