Some Questions...

Sorry if any of these have been answered already ( I read a lot of the forums, but didn't find any answers to my idiotic questions >D ). But I'm a totally newb to this game and I just started yesterday.

[X] When do you start using long range? As a Scout? Or can you as a Neo?

[X] Do your stats reset at job change? because I keep seeing every saying you need Agi and Pow as a Neo, but once you hit Scout you need Pow and Men... so I'm not entirely certain what I should do as regards to that...

[ ] Does anything need to change in your basic stat build when you go from Scout to Archer or is it pretty much the same thing as Scout ( meaning Pow and Men )?

[X] Also I know Men effects how fast you cast your skills.. but what does Pow effect as an archer ( I'm assuming Strength of attacks, but I wanted to make sure )?
