Valentine quests and more

Hmmm i tried to talk to Vietree and Raina for the valentine quest and i already bought my valentine pack, but none of these things related to valentine work...
Vietree and raina's speech bubbles are blank and so is my premium item inventory... Help! :confused::confused::(

this happened to me too - except i couldn't see the other person (besides raina) for some reason

It sounds like you don't have the V-day patch, or the most recent of the patches- Try to manually download them, and try again.

Tell me if it still doesn't work after that.
