ok i need help finding the neckalce of mana and the neckalce from the hotel manager. I also do not know where to find the book of skill. if somone can help me out i would appreciate it

The necklace for hotel is dropped by White Snakes (found in Pladino Grove, north of Essene)

i remember the book of skill being dropped somewhere near augilas gorge or the next map.
