buying sbl for 5c each.I know its not very much but its all i can really afford and its hard to find at my level.I need 300 sbl though and will also give 50-100 scrolls to the person.

Not being mean or anything, but no one is going to sell at 5c. Save up until you have enough, then buy.

i cant get that much because i never get anything of value, so scrolls are the only things i can sell besides kq items but most of them i need and i need mats be4 i can make the scrolls so i have to start at a low price so i make enough money to get started being able to buy 4 more.

Whats ur second production?
U can always go and farm echo or windy cave for money if ur low lev.
Also, try creating noob char and go on killing mobs for mats u need.

As far as know sbl goes from 15-40c a piece, so i dont think anyone will sell for 5c.

Norm quality is like 60c isn't it? LQ is somewhere around 20-40.

LQ is actually a single digit number (4 if I'm not mistaken) to the NPC. Not worth a lot to the NPC, just worth more to players.

High level players have cash to burn, so the ones in bunny and shark houses pay a pretty fair amount, because they know it'll cost them less than getting from higher cities and it's faster.

actually i do want SBL (low quality) but it sells for 4c at NPC.
