i'm a complete noob wen it comes to uploading pics so can some1 be nice and tell me how's it done? thx

What up dre!!
First you need a hosting photo site. I use Photobucket.com
You save your photo's to your pc, go to photobucket and browse for that photo, then use the bottom link in photobucket (where picture is saved) and post that link.

Ok to link a picture you have to upload it to a "server" like photobucket, so you upload your picture. Now once it showes you can find the link by right clicking it properties, and shout have a http: (hyper text protical) address, copy the whole address for the picture, and paste :D
Sounds hard but not; Take your picture on the form below your name, right click properties: http://cdn2.outspark.com/forums/avatars/solstice/Fighter_male.jpg. link to this server.
