ManLee, please carefully write out exactly what the problem is, when you bought the spark cash and how much, then send that information to Customer Support.

well, for u up there... 20 bucks maybe not much for u. but, if u convert the money. yah, its a lot. can buy 700km bus ticket.
Well, im ~relax~ now.

What do you mean they can't do anything?? If you have proof that you bought the sparkcash then they HAVE to give you your money back. PERIOD. Also if you used paypal and did a bank account transfer that takes over a week to credit. Just so you know
