Two tanks popped by the second time around so I was able to make it to the Daniella sz and train a little, which was good. Surprisingly I need AoErs in the map to train more effectively because they suck up enough monsters to make it much safer. @__@

The only thing is that in order to party with them I can't level beyond their general level (so that we're all around the same area when we all meet up), so I definitely won't be leaving. Besides, SoS is so much lighter on the eyes. And it has epic wings. =D And ranger!

Lol, I remember when everyone was like "HOLYMAZING" when I think Cayden and another archer were competing for a +5 or 6, ap6 level 80 bow. It got up to 15 or so million, starting from 6 mil. Nowadays, that much money wouldn't buy you a cow. In fact, no amount of money will buy you a cow nowadays because we just can't seem to find the cows and we'll be back shortly.

Meh. I just realized I can't play MMORPGs anymore. Yesterday, I downloaded and played fiesta for 10 minutes to see if I still had some heart for mmorpg's, for SoS. Bored out of my mind.

I guess I got stuck with FPS's, or single player RPGs with story lines like Fable (<3).

All I think of MMORPGs now when I try playing them is what other things I could be doing instead.

Trente, I always get made fun of for not being high level. That's not directly related to being cashless, but some of the people who make fun of me are also saying I don't level "because I can't get anywhere because I don't have cash" and so on. It's really just because I want it to be fun, and I'm bored silly alone. But when I tell them that, they don't believe me, and then they flaunt their cash shop items and are like "Haaaaaaaahahahahaha I got to 87 before you got to 48 and I started like a month ago and I'm real busy and HAHHAHAHAHAH." And then I ignore them because they're being immature.

And people keep buying stuff for me and putting the stuff in my backpack and I'm just like "dood. I'm either unable to put that to good use, it looks horrid so I won't use it, or I don't have enough time to use the time wisely enough to use most of it. [But I appreciate it. I kinda tried to make a reference to the Void (the villain from FFV is obssessed with it), but I guess I'm playing Dissidia too much and am making unrecognizable references. x.x The forum I read everyday is full of said villain's memes (jokes about him, mainly because he says "Durr hurr hurr" when he dodges and walks really slowly) so I just went with that. xD

Also, I have to scream about my love for the Bernard pet mount. .__.; At first I thought mounts were lame because they looked funny, and I was barely considering a Felix cuz I thought it was cute. But then I considered a Bernard and I thought it was nicer than Felix and would work with Trente's armor better. After that I realized that pet mounts come with outfits. D: (which would explain where those outfits came from and why I didn't see anyone on a mount in armor)

I was concerned cuz all the mounts I saw were female and I didn't like the outfit. But just a few minutes ago I found someone with a male character on a bernard mount and now I'm in love. @__@ I really like the outfit, partially because it's green. =D So now my kron quest after getting attack wings is a bernard mount. .____.;

So at school... Yesterday we had 135/457 students out sick, 80 of whom called in sick before school started. Today, we had about 160 out sick, either who called in at the start or who went home during the day. Public schools have a rule where if 25%+ of the student body is sick, school is canceled. I go to a Catholic [private] school. About 30% was gone today. School isn't canceled. The state health department isn't even saying we should have it canceled. They're just like "Wash your hands.. make sure you have anti-bacterial stuff... Be careful." SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL. ONE-HUNDRED-SIXTY STUDENTS SICK AND YOU'RE TELLING US TO BE CAREFUL?! .......... Thanks 30! Yeah, I saw other replay edits with lots of close-ups and thought they turned out awesome, so I tried doing that in my video too. But I see I fail at doing those so I'll just stick with my previous style (the one I used in my Warrior of Light vs Onion Knight and Bartz vs Terra videos) xD But I had to close up when the stage switched or else I'd have problems with consitency... "What!? That guy was facing that direction half second ago and now he's facing this direction!? WTH!"

Oh well, it's by trial and error that I can learn what works and what doesn't.

There's a battle replay editor in the game... You can save the replay of any battle (except with the final boss... I think it's because it's 3 fights in one) after you clear the main story and then it's possible to fiddle with the camera and cut out parts of the replay if wanted.

Then to make that last video I had to get various replay edits and glue them together with Windows Movie Maker.



And gratz 30! :D Too bad they're black, because the white ones look awesome on Rangers. xD

Except she had a fever of at least 100 and seriously wanted to go home sick except for the very fact that she wanted perfect attendance awards in the spring. And yeah, I supposed the one-day-missed would suck, but she came very sick for at least three days.. I dunno. I don't think there's anything you receive specially for getting perfect attendance besides mention at Awards Day. Doesn't seem worth it. =/

EDIT: Nevermind about wanting the +15 rate boost from lvl 3 mounts. xD ^^; It apparently nerfs normal agi/men, and I get the same speed as +15 rate boost with 24agi and 24 men. Considering there's still 8 men left and an infinite amount of agi left to be had, I'll shoot faster without +15 rate boost.

Thought I lost one of my twin dogs today.

I love that dog, so I went from neighbor to neighbor asking if they had seen her.

I ended up finding out that the new neighbors have a super hot daughter! Just had to get that out of my system- I'll probably end up asking some of my buds if she's the new girl everyone's been talking about. I hope so (lul).(I never talked to any of my neighbors besides today- rural area with lots of space/walking ftw.)

Ah well, my dog ended up walking back home EXHAUSTED.

Moral of the story- super hot neighbors are win.

I think she followed some animal at night (weird how the other dog didn't follow though, probably because she's lazy), and probably went far enough to get lost. Think the reason she was able to come back was because she heard me whistling for her when I got home. Took her like an hour though. She was out ALL DAY, didn't see her in the morning. She was exhausted as far as I saw, didn't even wanted to get petted- she just laid down and passed out. I hope it's just sleep :P

Well, birthday was the 18th, as you noticed on facebook o_0. Yea, friends always think I'm 16 (even when I was 14 just a week ago) because I'm sort tall in relation to them (WE BE MOSTLY MEXICANZ), usually help them out with their homework, and I'm a sophomore. Although I have a friend of mine who was 13 in august...and turned 14 in september 1st (also sophomore, I was the youngest in my private school class until he came, who knows in public o_o)

Fever...I unno, I always have a congested nose along with a fever, and I can't even move my head with the pain or breathe most of the time. Good thing its been a few years since I've had a fever.

Dogs- german shepherd/ great pyrenees mix, they're white/yellowish coats with black masks, big dogs. Have had them since 5th grade.

Athena died today around 10 am. The last I saw of her alive was before school, she was in one of her favorite spots, a small depression filled with grass. She seemed exhausted, she was lying on her side. I thought nothing much of it, except that it was exhaustion from yesterday's excursion.

My brother was the one who found her, in the exact same spot I had last seen her. He went to my school to tell me. I don't remember being this sad since my dad died 8 years ago, not even when my great aunt died in March.

She was barely in adulthood.

She was born February 12, 2005 to my friend's German Shepherd Ruby. Her father was a Great Pyrenees. I was over at their house when she gave birth, and I was actually the one who noticed it early in the morning, around 9-10 am. She was 1 out of 8 puppies, 6 females and 2 males. She died October 21st, 2009 around 10 am. Her sister Minerva remains with me.

I have many memories with her. One, with all of her siblings, where I was seated on the floor and they all rushed me in a flurry of teething and licking.

I remember how she would always be up for petting, she would sneak up on your hand while you were standing just so you could pet her. She was the only dog that followed me in my bicycle rides, the other one would stay home. Only yesterday, when she was back home, she seemed tired. But I petted her, and she still gave her master a "high five". A dog's loyalty and love goes too far...

We think she left early in the morning, since my mom left the gate open. She probably followed an animal or someone going for an early morning run. I suspect poisoning, or snake bite. No large bites were found, but snake bites will be tougher to spot. It was only through nobility and loyalty that she made her way back home, sick. That only rips the gash in my heart further, knowing that she came just to say goodbye, or thinking her master would bring her back to health. If only I had known, could I have prevented it? She lasted the entire night. I didn't even know she was going to die.

Right now, her sister Minerva wears her distinctive red collar, whom I will always remember with it. I don't know, I want to keep that last thing of hers. But I also think she should be buried as she was in life.

I'm actually crying.

I kinda know how you feel... My family had a dog while we were still in Brazil, I think we had her for 3 or 4 years... They gave her to someone (I was still 10 or 11, if I remember correctly) and I was so sad that I cried...

Reminds me of when I found my own dog outside. I was home alone, and had to call my dad to make him come home because I was crying so hard. That and the death freaked me out. I was about eleven..

Well no...she was having trouble breathing, in the morning too. She ended up dying 2 hours after I saw her...I should've told my brother (he's been over a month now, transitioning between college/work to a different work), but then again I wouldn't because my mom would just say that nothing serious is wrong with her, and that we're just running late from school...

I seriously think she was poisoned...something always ends up going wrong around my birthday (first from my family...and now that I actually enjoyed the day...)

this is past the line, she was too young and affectionate, the latter is what probably got her killed (running after someone,got lost, then poisoned probably)

E: My brother and I were fixing a drill part that is added on to a tractor (to drill a hole), but it ended up being too rusted off. So we ended up calling it a day and we had to move her body from the sun...I used one of those little wagons to pull her, and ended up getting her tooth broken...she "bled" - leaked- and seeing her blood made me feel guilty. Tomorrow, I'll probably have to wake up at sunrise and do it the old fashioned way, with a shovel.

Things that happen so suddenly make you feel like if one thing would have been different, everything after would be too. Like, if my mom would've done something as small as closed the gate...

I know I'm just repeating myself, but meh...

He died of age [and weight], I think. Leif was 12. There were no indications of anything wrong at all. Whitney, his best friend, was 13. She had ear infections and other, internal problems all her life. She died of a broken heart, we think, about three weeks later..

Broken heart...I hope Minerva will be okay...they used to be playful with the neighbors dogs, running around. Now all she does now that Athena's gone is go out, and stare.

We just finished the burial. We were trying to fix the drill yesterday, dug a hole this morning, and made it larger today, and finished it off by fixing the drill elongation part. Was out for about 4 hours (it had to be deep enough to be flat, and stretched out, she was over 6 feet long)

I'll miss those bike rides...

Like I said, the bleeding- since it didn't clot, that's a sure thing that some time of poison (whether man made or natural) got her. If a man did this to her, it's just too cruel. All the neighbors knew they liked to roam, but even with their size, all they would do was bark. They were (she was, other is) harmless--wouldn't bite a human, ever. Except when she was young and teething...memories

When someone's dog who loves them dies, some people are like "wth....stop crying it's a dog"...But a dog is a lot more than just a four-legged furball that likes to chill with you. It's a good friend that reciprocates the good will you show every time you feed it. It's the type of friend that you can tell any of your secrets to in strict and total confidence. How many humans do you know that are so morally upstanding and wonderful? Again, I'm really sorry to hear that this happened to you.

I'd like to just take a moment to remind you to try not to blame it on your mom for not closing the gate. Yeah, I know, you're not stupid, and you know this consciously...but you'd be surprised at how much power the unconscious mind has, especially in emotional times. Like when a cool friend dies.

About her broken tooth which caused her to bleed: Teeth normally bleed like a **** in all medium sized land mammals when they break off. Ordinarily it would only have clotted if she was still alive, as platelets in the bloodstream begin to die within about 6 minutes of circulatory system failure. That still doesn't rule possible poisoning out as the culprit, but hopefully the info makes you feel a little bit better.

Minerva's gonna need some love. Imagine feeling what you feel right now for the reasons you feel it, but for a member of the same species and with a greatly reduced understanding of death, and that's what Minerva's dealing with. So kick it with her for a while, she'll appreciate the support, you'll appreciate the affection, and the two of you will most likely develop a much greater bond than you already have. Not all things coming from Athena's death are bad, after all, right?

We flipped her over when we buried her. It turned out to be a cut on her muzzle (rather shallow), made either when she was alive or early on from when we picked her up...I followed the trail back to the starting point. I had said broken tooth because it was what my brother said...but it was a guess on his part, it was nighttime.

About mom- I blame myself more than her. After all, as she has aged, she has become a bit irresponsible...but she still could have told me to close it for her.

Minerva- I don't think she comprehends very well. She stood guard the first and second day, but after we buried her she seems okay. Except now she stays home instead of playing with neighborhood dogs. She just barks now. I think she enjoys being the dominant finally, and getting all the food (Athena was a hog...love and food wise, the love was cute).
Now, she reminds me a lot of Athena, since she's wearing her collar. She even started to go to the spots Athena went to, which includes by the door...that's what my mom misses the most, how she would try to protect us by following us around or by going to our entrance. Its a good point, I hope I'll get as close as I was to Athena (even though they were sisters, Athena always had the more outgoing and dominant personality)

Thanks guys, I'm glad some people understand the special relationship between pets and owners isn't childish...(most of irl friends understand though). Sleeping it off helped alot. Not as emotional anymore. Just remembering and dreaming.

E: Coagulation- I'll be sure to tell my brother and mom that, I had been asking around if blood still coagulated after death and they said blood was independent, until it starts to decompose. Oh, and my brother said that when he found her, she had her head in poison ivy (she was already breathing pretty badly since the night before though, was she trying to open up her lungs like that?

I haven't logged on in months and I've barely checked forums [except for the past couple of weeks]. In case my sig hasn't changed when you read this, I'm counting myself as retired and MIA. I'll still check forums, though.

I just don't have time left for any game.. I seriously haven't played anything except my PS2 for a few hours since.. October, and those few hours were over Christmas break. I realize three to four months may not sound like much, but it's a lot less gaming than I used to do.

I figure it doesn't matter if I say it here on forums, since I don't know any of you in person, but I'm currently on anti-depression medication. I started just last week, and I won't feel any effects of the medication for at least another week, but hopefully it helps. I've had depression since autumn of 2008, and I was suicidal in the spring of 2009. I'm no longer suicidal, but I still have other symptoms. I've lost interest in nearly everything I used to love, as an effect of depression, and that includes gaming, art, piano, English, photography, my cat [favorite being on the planet], writing, reading, and drawing. I've lost care for school and grades. Some of the relationships I have with others have burned, exploded, crumbled, or faded, mostly because I've been moody and can't care enough. Basically, the only thing that's stayed the same or gotten better is my love for music [to listen to, not play].

Anyway. I said that because I figure it's part of my reason for not playing anymore.
The other reason for it is because I just don't have time.. AP Literature, where I have a D+; Calculus [C+]; French IV; an in-depth religion course; Political Science [extremely hard tests]; and.. er.. choir. xD But finals are this week, too. Since I'm currently on the edge of failing two classes, I really need to get focused, and it takes up a lot of time.

Seriously, AP Lit homework alone could and has taken up to six hours a night. @_@

Hey guys~ How have you all been? Good to see you two again. I haven't played SoS in ages... I just lost interest when everything was (and it apparently still is) all about AoE. I've been playing some games on my PSP and been on another forum since then, but it's starting to get boring so I decided to pop up to see what has changed.

I got a new laptop since my old one died, so I no longer have SoS installed. I'm hesitant to download the client again because I remember it used to take really long to patch it... But I might do so if I have some people to hang around with. xD

On an unrelated note, I got a little better at making graphics...
