How do you get help when you're being harassed?

I was minding my own business this afternoon playing in an area that's right for my character level, when a group of higher level players ran through and started kill stealing. I asked them to stop and got verbally abused by them --which made me wonder, if you're being harassed by other players what are you supposed to do?

Is there someone you're supposed to chat, or someplace you're supposed to email? :confused:

Send an email to any of the GM's here online. Make sure you let them know exactly what happened and give names. I am sorry that happened to you. It's annoying when the higher lvl players think they own the game

However, you do have a screenshot of the chat which show the verbal abuse?

Otherwise I think there is nothing you can do about it.

As luck would have it, I did make screen captures of the chat window.

then you can make it happen. Even just PM break here. anytime or CSR cretz. they will take action. That is NOT kewl.

it's good to take screen shots of it happening, with you arking them to stop several times, and them continuing, or even a video would be better.
