First you have to be born during a red moon, then on your fifth year of
life you must defeat a giant wombat, which has poison in it's fangs. It stands twenty feet tall, and can only be found in Antartica.
After you defeat the giant wombat, you must skin it, and rip out it intestines. Wearing the skin, you must gather a council of all the
current GMs and eat the intestines raw. After you do this, you will
be admitted a GM position on your 15th birthday.

Seriously though, you should probably contact Outspark directly if interested in that. There may be GMs who work for pay or not. Some GM-ish folks are volunteers who just help monitor games then notify fully empowered GMs of infractions. Give it a shot but be polite and don't pester them.They are a bit busy looking for my invite. HAHA!
