Im new here... but im planning to make a Mage and im not sure what to put my status into and where to level
if anyone could help that would be great.

Go in the MAGE section please...

Level 1-16. All in POW. After level 16. INT is ur primary stat, u can use MEN too to cast more faster... But im not a mage so go to the mage section lol

First just throw all your points into POW while you're a Xenian and train in Waimea Gorge or Linear Forest (any map with Poku Pokus)
When you change your class, INT will be your main focus (it increases magic power) and you may add to WIS too if you want. (increases MP)
MEN used to increase casting speed but now it's messed up and it doesn't do that very well now... D:

For places to level up... Just keep advancing through the maps fighting monsters. Try to pick a place with monsters that have pink names. :D
Warning: Do NOT try to go to Loren Valley (east of the first city) if you're below level 50. The monsters there are very strong. :eek:

ill change to lv to go to lauren from 50 to 60:D
or 66+ if u want to solo.

I didn't go to Loren yet because uh... I'm still weak. ~_~'
I thought it was 50+ because people are always shouting "looking for lv 50+ (class here) for loren/ice map"

i'm also thinking of starting on secret of the solstice, i want to know if one class is more enjoyable from the others, any suggestians?
