Changing your look

Is there a way to change your look in the beginning of the create a character thing......like when yu first make one it says face but when i click the arrow the face doesnt change?:confused:

Nope, but there's a quest going on right now that allows you to get a rare item that allowes you to customize your face more. :)

ya i just got my new look, but it was hard to get the beauty coupon. although totally worth it!!!
