Green lvl 60 and up weapons and armor

I saw in the question thread that was made by the Gm sking while waiting for the vday patch that someone asked if this was going to be fixed so we would get green lvl 60+ drops. To which was answered to his knowledge it wasnt bugged or broke and that there were lvl 60 and up green drops they just didnt drop often.

Since I should hit lvl 60 this weekend and am becoming increasingly interested in getting lvl 60 green items especially a staff or wand, so can anyone confirm this? Does anyone have a ss of a lvl 60 or higher green weapon or armor that didnt come from an event or given to them by a GM.

If not maybe this is something that needs to be brought to light again if the GMs aperently think it is working properly and we should be getting green lvl 60 and up drops even if not that often.

I spend around 10-16 hours a day playing most of it grinding in AEW/FOS solo and in AOE parties. I have never seen a weapon drop nor have I heard of one. Or seen anyone else showing off one for that matter.

Never seen or heard anything about level 60 drops, and never met anyone who has. Weather the fact is that its broken, or that its just very hard to get them (way, way, waaaay to hard), it needs to be fixed.

The 60+ drops are bugged.

They are supposed to drop as often as any other leveled drops.

the Vit[2], Vit[3], Def[2], and Def[3] recipes also mysteriously stopped dropping, one week after the pvp zones came out, when they dropped often.

Chegism, can you post a link to the original thread where Sking said this? I would be obliged if you could.

Anyway though, I can only conclude that Lv 60+ greens are bugged. I've seen all of the extremely rare drops. (I havent gotten any myself personnaly, but Ive seen the item.) From shining rings of Roumen to Vitality [2] production scrolls. And I have never even heard of a green item higher than Lv 58. Even if there were as rare as the shining rings, I should have seen or heard about one somewhere.

Hmm, I don't think it was ever broken, just really hard to get a drop. I believe there were a few who were able to get it.

Never heard that monsters can drop scrolls .....or recipes

In japanese fiesta, you see those high level drops as much as lvl 40/50 greens.

Alright all you forum junkies is there anyway to get another GM or Dev to comment on this? Or prove that there is really lvl 60+ green items. Im going to be hitting 60 today or tommorrow as well. Is this something that should be reposted in the bug section or PM'ed to a GM to get a more definate response? I havent seen anyone say they ever saw a lvl 60+ green item yet.
