I get too confuse from reading threads and I need exact help. :(

On lover lv You can only buy them from other players because dropping them is kinda hard (but possible i think) for someone under lv 45. When you will need flash armor for class change just buy it in shop.

You can go only in pow but if You want have better critic rate You can add some men.

In armor shop You can buy arrows. In Essene and Eir (not sure about jotunnheim) you can buy solid steel arrows (+2 to attack)
where do i get xen stones
and xens drops sometimes... but they have low drop rate.
