My character is DeLaque on Apoline

I am an enhancement god and have enhanced many weapons using the new perfect shots. Moments ago I proceeded to enhance a GGK Axe from 8-9 using perfect red eye and perfect blue mile. I have made mistakes before resulting in a degradation or even loss of the item, so I am very careful in my process. Any how, I placed the stone and the perfects and proceeded to enhance. The enhancement finished gave an unknown error, clicked one more space and the weapon vanished. It was not like it was broke, for I saw none of the related effects. I do not know what can be done to rectify this, but that Axe represented a significant investment and I am quite frustrated ATM.

Ick, sorry that happened to you. I am not sure what can be done but I would send a PM to one of the GMs and tell them about this. I am not sure if they can look into it but it beats doing nothing at all. I hope you are able to find some relief to this issue.
