heres my tip....
being a lvl 33 neo my self...
dont party, go solo, u kill much faster and all u need to do is increase ur Agil
Buy 50-100 MP pots
Enhance + Threaten + BlindSight
trust me....u will get lvl 33 in 1-2 days
where as in group...u get .2%, solo u get 1%+
