Cant Use Weapon And Shield Of Lvl 20

ONCE I REACHED LVL. 20 I WAS GONNA USE THE SHIELD AND SWORD I FOUND, BUT FOR SOME REASON IIT WONT LET ME USE IT, EVEN THOUGH I AM A CLEVER FIGHTER. NEED HELP QUICK. :d

You probably still need to do the Shadow Dungeon class change quest to be a clever fighter. Talk to Warrior Master Marty in Elderine and pick up the quest. It will have you talk to Grand Master Sean in the Forest of Mist.

Okay first of all, we all can read just fine without you using caps lock @___@.
But yea, as everyone else has said you have to do your job change quest to officially become a Clever Fighter. And you will receive a free weapon upon completion. I suggest you stock up on some scrolls and potions before you go in. It's not particularly hard but those always help. Good luck ^^

Possibly you bought a cleric shield on accident? If not, then you have to complete the level up quest as others stated. To start the level up quest, you go to elderine and talk to marty. He will give you the quest. Also, I recommend you don't buy vitality(level 20) with fame which can be obtained through an easy quest.;)
