my character stuck and dont move!!! help gm!!!

:( gm's pls help me my character stuck at elderine, it doesnt move, and even controls not functioning.. i cant log it out so i restart my pc to use it again. while my other character in roumen can move swiftly... pls help me

i use to play for 10 hours or more a day, pls... i dont know what happening in my character i cant open it!!

i try to open my character on other pc but its just the same it look likes it stuck on one place and its not responding!! i will wait for reply thanx!!

i hope we will not banned.. i wish its not, if thats happened can i open again my character?? how?? when?? what should i do... oh no... i dont have any mistakes did... and im very kind... i hope before they banned a character there must be a report or something and it will tell to the character that has been banned... im doing nothing so i think im nit banned but why i cant use my character??? it can enter but its not moving or something.. and 1 thing if one of our member did a foul move, i hope not all the guild member will be banned!!! pls gm.. i want to play my character again i put all of my time playing fiesta i play for 10 hours or more a day... pls.... :eek:

You're in a guild? Check to see if the other members are stuck like yours. If so, it's a guild glitch, and the Guild Master needs to contact a GM about the situation.

i cant contact the guild master... but the other member i can talk to... what about if the guild master didnt play again?? how about the other character?? oh no... i cant sleep because of my character and then it will happen to me T_T
i hope the gm do something about it... im just a crazy player if this game... T_T

Well, if you can check to see, and confirm, that the other members are also frozen in the same state as your character... If any are admin, guards, or something of status, they could try contacting a GM. Or perhaps they know how to contact the Guild Master in the forums, for them to contact the GM.
