what are weapon title license?

All right the weapon licenses class 101.

Weapon licenses serve two purposes.
1) To increase damage done to the enemy the license is for. The more of that specific enemy you kill the higher level your license gets and the more damage you do to that specific mob.
2) To increase the crit rate against ALL enemies for the weapon the license is on. Certain level mob licenses, I believe sarting with grave robbers, when they reach a certain level they start adding crit %. The highest crit I believe can be rewarded by a license is 5%. Mobs that when the license is complete add 5% start in Uruga with the orc I believe.

Can a weapon have more than one license? Also, it seems like the mobs are around a certain level (Ratman for example) so you get to a point where the license is never used because you stop fighting them. Are there 'higher' level things for each type?

No, it's only for one monster each... but you get a new weapon every 10 levels anways.

Edit: There can be 3 licenses per weapon. I think they always need to be of different mobs.
