GM Jails Guildee for three days. It is now day 4. GM SnakeEyes promised to let him out since the countdown timer was broken. Conveniently no GMs are on. This is crap. Outspark should reimburse this individual's premium items since he is now loosing a full days worth.

It is the principle behind the matter. If you say he can get out then he should be out. If you know something is broken then you should not put somone in jail unless you have someone to let him out.

It really doesn't matter if you have spent hundreds in sparkcash items.
If you break a rule, you break a rule, and you should suffer the consequences.
GM's don't work weekends. You can't expect him to come into work on his day off just to release someone from jail. There are dozens of people that the GM's speak to everyday, and I doubt they will remember every single person and their problems.
I do agree that the timer should be fixed to avoid this problem. But there is no reason to flame people responding to this.
If you've already PM'd a CSR about this then I see no reason for this thread to go on.

OK, you are right about sticking to the rules. The GMs made it a rule for 3 days not 4. So why not explain to the GMs to stick to their rules that they set in place.

Also, you should prevent getting punished to the jail in the first place, it's your own fault. If you did something bad, you will get punished. When you do something wrong in real life, do you think the police won't arrest you when you say "oh but my daughter had a play tonight and I promised not to miss it". No.

Complaining about things won't get you anywhere, next time just PM SnakeEyes on the forums and he will respond in order he receives it. (so if he gets 500 PMs a day and you're number 400, you will have to wait until he answered the other 399 first) This could take a while, so please be patient.

GM's dont work in the weekends, they only come online ingame to chillax (IN THEIR SPARE TIME? They could be hanging out with real life friends instead you know)

MXFreestyl28, GM_SnakeEyes has let you out of prison on Sunday, February 17th. Due to ongoing forum threads that are trying to ask for sympathy for a suspendable offense, I'm going to have to state that you are on a thin line.

Outspark GMs do not work on the weekends. Regardless of the term of suspension, you have to wait until normal Outspark operating hours. I find it rather odd that after being sent to prison for directly insulting him repeatedly and interrupting a GM Event, you demand that he lets you out. He has already logged in and personally let you out of prison during his time off.

I would also like to clarify that harrassment of any Outspark member, especially Staff, is a bannable offense depending on the circumstances. To insult GM_SnakeEyes repeatedly, then create forum threads complaining about the action of receiving a 3 day suspension is grounds for termination. You have already violated our Terms of Service. If you continue this, I will be forced to take further action against you. This is your final warning. Thank you for your cooperation.
