where can i get Scrolls tier1..like power scroll tier 1 and other scroll skills? cause in elderin i buy tier 3s and i dont have enough production skills to learn it. those thing will come in handy.

You can go to item merchant pey go to the alchemy section and at the bottom there are little arrows you can pres to scroll through the menue.

Skill Master Ruby in Roumen has tier 1 and so do the Class masters in Elderine under Alchemy.
