The skill level 0 scrolls seem to be... messed up to say the least. The first production skill is for Power Scrolls but there are no skill scrolls to buy that will let you make a power scroll, but if you purchase an accuracy skill scroll, and learn it, it will then let you make power scrolls, which actually raise your accuracy and not your power... not sure how many more of these are in the same situation but I am sure there are several. If you know of anymore scroll production issues please post them in this thread so we can try to keep them concise and easily referenced for those of us who are raising our scroll production.
