ID blocked: What did I do?

I made two accounts: This one I made then never logged into because of the name. So I made another account under the same email address (but with a different name for it because it's my college email that has several names for it, if that makes sense).

So... I can log in to the game with this account but not the one I actually use. Is says the ID has been blocked. So, does that mean I'm banned from the game? With no warning or even a notice saying so?

I tried logging in to the forums with my other account but it said "this email is not a recognized as an Outspark email, etc". But just to make sure, I tried to make the account again, but it said "this email is already registered".

It might be because of the account name (******) for being offensive but I can't make that call.

However, I could recommend PMing one of the Outspark staff (CSR_Cretz) and inquire about it. That way you at least make some headway on getting an answer hopefully.

Actually it's my OTHER account being banned. This one is okay. Sorry for the confusion.
