Alright, about every other time I try to go to the fiesta homepage: www.outspark.com/fiesta, I get an error saying that internet explorer could not load the page, most of the time after almost all of the images are loaded. The only images that do not load before going to a could not connect page are the box up top with the anouncments such as Bijou is now open, valnetines day and whatnot, and the icons on the rihgt hand side that lead to the forums, cash shop etc. It is not a major problem, but if you were not aware of it before, I hope I helped. Also if anyone else has had this problem please ssay so.
