Sheep helm is a reward for the novice/advanced labyrinth. To get in the labyrinth,
talk to the labyrinth guide who stays in both arcarinas-square and essene.

I think the lab is hard if you're planning to go alone because there's a LOT of monsters in the end of the lab (both in novice and advanced) and they all are aggressive. So if you go to novice, wait for people in the start of the lab so you can party with them or just stick together and help fight the monsters. ^^
