Problem with enchancement! Please Help!

Hi guys, I'm new to Fiesta, but I have to say there are thing that frustrated me so much that it hard to fully enjoy the game. I know it a good game, but thing such as not being able to enhance my weapon is a disappointment.

So here hoping you guys can help me with my question.

Can any weapon and shield be enhance?

If so, how come when I click refine button from the blacksmith, u guy know the little thing where u put your exlir and your weapon? Well getting straight to the point. The box in the middle where you have to put your weapon or shield, well it won't accept my weapon. The outer box for the stone does work, but the weapon slot does not accept my weapon? I don't know why.

Is anyone having trouble with this, and can u guy please help me.

It so frustrating.

Do you still have the item equipped? If you do, you have to first move it into your inventory, THEN move it to the box. It's just difficult like that!

Yes, I did that, but it not working.

Any other suggestion. I never had any problem with other mmorpg game when it come to upgrading weapon and armors. I always read everything before hand and it never happen to me before.

I really hope it a bug, because it been really frustrated

hmmm, i would say (i am not sure if one of folowing points are need to be done)

- are you on a horse/raccoon
- are your weapons/shield equiped
- is your weapon/shield the right power (u need the right tier of elrues/lixs/xirs)
- try to walk away from the smith and speak again to him
- relog?

else i dont know what to do, i hope that you are helped with these tips

You are using the correct level right? ^^ Like your weapon/sheild/armour is level 1 and you are using a level 1 elure/lix/xir. If you aren't that may be why it is rejecting it.
Have you tried placing the weapon/sheild/armour in first? =3
