what is the best skill of scouts?? and at what lvl can use?

The most useful are Ankle Binding and Wind Blow, because you get these when you first become a scout and will be using them for a long time.

u wont getting that till lvl 71..

ps..however..it wont be as strong as windblow... in matter of fact... all aoes are weaker than melee atks...

If by Buff you ment Stuff, then like Coldest said you get your first Area of Effect slow at 66 called brambleway and your first AoE attack at 71 called reticle trap.

Thats what you'll be using if you want to attack big groups of enemies.
