Is It Normal To Not Be Able To Log In On Worlds Which Are At -high- ?

hey everyone ...i don't know why.... i am a hawkArcher in Bijou ... and today i saw Bijou on High ...and when i tried to join.....it doesn't respond....but when i log into teva it works....0.0 plz help?!?!?

Maybe Bijou was disconnected or offline, but I've never seen it on High before

Even on High you should be able to log into the server. When it says Full, then you can't (remember's the day of having only Teva to log into).

So Why Does It Not Make Me Log In >.< I Mean When I Click Join...its Just Don't Respond Lol .... Bijou Has A Prob Today Or Sometihing?
