What does everyone like to choose for alchemy? What do you think is the best combo? What do you like the most? What did YOU choose? There are many questions to be answered and you can make your own threads, but I just want to know 1 thing. What do you personally like the most and why? This is a thread for experienced Alchemists to share for the new players what the most sensible choses are and why. I chose the wrong ones in my opinion so I'm going to let you guys decide what you think.

Well, you can have 4 other characters in 1 server. So you can choose all alchemy and doesn't necessarily mean you choosed the wrong alchemy. If you were to start out as your first new character then I would recommend you pick potions and scrolls. It will help you survive better. Decompostion will help you level your other alchemies. Stone production can give you a lot of profit. Even scrolls can give you some decent money.

If I understadn you correctly you want to know how decomp works. Well to use decomp (and comp), you have to either buy alchemy stones from other players for copper, silver, etc., or you can buy them from item merchant nina in Elderine with fame you get from leveling and questing. Now that you have alchemy stones you have 1/3 of what you need to start decomping. What else do you need? Tier 2 or higher mats such as copper ore, copper ore high quality, sap, sbl, bl, tender meat, crude leather, etc. Now that you have these you have 2/3 of what you need. The last third, of course, is like every other alchemy skill, the learning scrolls. For all the decomping you can do up to 1000 skill points you can buy the learning scrolls from Skill Master Ruby. After that you get decomp learning scrolls from the skill masters in elderine. Well hope I helped some and am not too confusing...

i chose stones and scrolls, but i regret it. i should've chosen decomp and scroll xD drops from mobs that i train on are too high teir for my production skills, so i just npc em >>;

i personally chose scrolls and decomp...scrolls once you get high enough up can make you some pretty decent money, but not as good as stones. decomp you cant go wrong with, because once you are too high for a certain mat to drop for you, you can decomp it to the level you need for whatever your going to make
