Ex-Priest of Essen - where is he?

I just started yesterday, and now I'm a level 16 and on a quest to find The Ex-Priest of Essen. I've searched Essen, but I can't find the ex-priest!

Anyone know where he is?

In arcarinas square talk to Reinmoth, she is close to the Pirate(sorta).

your meant to deliver the pendants to reinmoth -.-

The ex priest is Reinmoth in Birnhild, click on quest and she will transport you to a guild, but it's only worth 100 kron
