Headless glitch

It's weird and only happens when I zoom in using the wheel on my mouse. Being zoomed all the way out, my head appears again. Only just started happening recently to me. Even zooming in a tiny bit, one little turn of the wheel, and poof! My head's gone.

Happening to anyone else?

Yesterday I was grinding with a friend, and I looked at her before we were going to AEW, and her head was like this.
But that doesn't compare to the "headless" glitch I had one day.
