Question About the Guards Weapon of CV

im doing this quest and the guard says he needs a hand made axe, and provides me with a list of materials, only problem is, there are no listed materials nor does he (or the blacksmith) tell me what materials are needed. is this a quest glitch?

i had the lidt, but deleted the quest cause i have know idea where to find them, u needed solid fuel, rocks,... i forgot the rest lol :o)

you mean you had the quest for the candy vault souvenier ring?? the solid fuel and the ore pieces yo ucan find in mystra mines, and the glitering pieces are know as gleaming pieces... i hope i have helpd you a bit

I'm at level 43 and never seen any "rocks" or "solid fuel" yet. Is this a case of them calling those items with different names or am i missing something?

They're found in the Mythril Mines...don't recall if they went under different name or not...quest is not worth it btw~

Every quest is worth it...when u have practically nothing but permanent grinding to do :D

No it's not worth with because the rare item firewood is far more valuable for selling or for hoarding for the pet quest...
