why wont reinmoth give me certificate

I think I know what they're talking about. It's an acolyte quest. It tells you to go to Bryn and buy a bamboo dagger and get a certificate from Reinmoth saying that it's an official Xenian thingy or whatever. I have the same problem. I'm not sure if anyone else has started a thread about it but I have kept meaning to post something about it but kept forgetting lol. I think there is a bug area that you can report it. I don't know why Reinmoth won't give you the certificate. Whenever I click "Quest" Reinmoth asks me to deliver the class change report to Yupine which was many levels ago and then tells you she (or is Reinmoth a he?) "misplaced the document and needs you to come back later." I can't figure it out either and it has been driving me nuts as well. I have deleted and readded that quest numerous times and it hasn't changed. Sorry I can't be more help! =\

Got that problem long ago... the quest is bugged... just too lazy to report it...:rolleyes:
