1.5 month ago, i send a check to exchange 7000 outspark cash, but i didn't get 7000 outspark cash yet, can the outspark do something about that??
my feeling's really bad!!

You can send an email to support@outspark.com
Give all the information you can in the email to them (account name, date of transaction, transaction number, and if possible bank transfer proof of payment).
